First of all there is to say that this is no flame thread, all posts are meant to be warnings to help other people. For that reason you have to have an evidence for what you are saying (e.g. Screens, Demos, Witnesses,...). If you got no proof, you must not open a Thread, otherwise it will be deleted.

Threads I\'m expecting are the following:
-Warnings about Clans (flaming, a plethora of Stops, unfair playing,...)
-Warnings about single Players (faking, flaming, votebot, disturbing the gameplay,...)
-Warnings about evidently Bots (usually those who are running on the public servers, where no admin cares about them, IP can be usefull)
-Warnings about Server (public server with a lot of bots, not very sensfull thread I guess)

Threads I am absolutely not expecting:
-Warnings about possible Bots (I dont want to start a discussion like tfx, only 100% Bots)
-Any kind of presumptions

Rather unimportant note for all german reading this thread:
Ich weiß, dass es vielen von euch scheiß egal ist was mit Teeworls passiert oder wer womit so rumläuft solange er euch damit nicht schadet. Dieses egoistische Verhalten ist nicht unnatürlich und muss nicht zwingend schlecht sein. Aber ich möchte, dass ihr wenigstens mal versucht bei etwas zusammen zu Arbeiten, helft mit Teeworls wieder "rein" zumachen (Eine utopische Vorstellung ich weiß). Dieser Thread ist wieder ein gutes Beispiel, ich versuche euch zu animieren mal etwas zu tun damit es aufwärts geht. Ja, ich weiß wie viele von euch denken: "Scheiß Face was machen die schon wieder was kümmerts micht". Genau das ist das Problem, wenn alle so egoistisch denken würden, würde nicht vorangehen und dabei geht es hier nicht um Face, es geht um Teewords und damit ihr in einer besseren Umgebung spielen könnt. Also reißt euch mal zusammen. Wenn euch die Idee nicht gefällt dann sagt es, schlagt was neues vor, hauptsache ihr tut etwas. Wer kämpft kann verlieren, wer nicht kämpft hat schon verloren. Ja, die ganze Sache schaut erstmal komisch aus "Was willn der jetzt von uns?", aber denkt mal drüber nach. Das mag jetzt so klingen als ob ich in Teeworlds leben würde, die meisten wissen wie häufig ich spiele, aber wenn ich die Paar Wochen im Jahr mal spiele, dann möchte ich ein sauberes, ruhiges und nettes Teeworlds vorfinden. Ich hoffe der Text ergibt etwas Sinn, bin etwas in Eile muss gleich los. Ihr könnt etwas verändern, die Frage ist nur "Wann fangt ihr an?".

-->TFX never started a discussion, people who were detected has with a chance of 100% a Bot. As far as i know, Face trust this list, if you think it is just a discussion, leave the list and do not make other projects worse.
Just tell me how I shall know if a guy is botting and I help you. If you can't, delete this topic, then even in Buble's case it isn't 100% sure that he used a Bot.

So weit ich das sehe wird das nichts bringen, es gibt viel zu viele Bots die bereits in den Guten Clans angelangt sind. Allerdings weiß man über die noch weniger. Beispiel [Krypton]Sky. Er hat gebottet, ob er es noch tut weiß man nicht. Beispiel Rook, er hat 2 Monate gebottet, war dabei bester Freund von uns und wir haben es nicht mitbekommen. Beispiel Nano, keiner weiß ob alle davon botten, viele dachten es schonmal. Man kann die guten Spieler nicht mehr von Bottern die sich gut tarnen unterscheiden und was bringt es dir wenn du ne 50 Männeken lange Liste hast wobei aber 99% no-name Spieler sind die eh nach 2 Tagen nen anderen Namen haben. Ich fänds eigentlich sinnvoller Bottern allgemein das Spielen langweiliger zu machen. Man müsste sich einfach einen guten Coder suchen der Lust hätte Insta zu unterstützen. Ich denke dabei an eine Mod in der es Clans gibt, und alle großen Clans müssten sich halt zusammenschließen und sagen wir spielen AUSSCHLIEßLICH auf solchen Mods, so dass man beim connecten sich einmal einlogt. Es ist eine 2 Minuten Idee, alles hier aufschreiben wäre zu lang und ausgereift ist es auch noch net.

This list with player who use bot is much helpful ultra.
For example you know 3 players are botting and we have ip of all of them, they can open a new clan and play in it, but everyone would know who they are and clans wont play against them anymore. Besides it is really difficult for them to open a new clan, with new ip and new nick when nobody knows them. It wont be easy for them to play undercover vs good clans without anybody recognizing they are one of our list..

I'm sorry for writing this in german. I just want to eliminate all misunderstandings in an more easy way.

Zunächst mal muss ich sagen, dass ich es sehr gut finde, dass du die Liste von tfx verteidigst und deine Meinung hier darstellst. Dessweiteren finde ich deine Interpretation meiner Aussage sehr interessant und merke selber das sie vielleicht etwas ungenau formuliert wurde, dafür entschuldige ich mich. Wir sind immernoch befürworter der Liste von xyz und ich habe sie mit meine Aussage auch kein Stück diskriminiert oder heruntergemacht. Meine Aussage besagte lediglich das die tfx-liste eine Diskussion verursacht hat und auf eine solche habe ich keine Lust. Das hat rein gar nichts mit tfx zu tun (Eine Diskussion hat zwei Seiten, Befürworter und Gegner), oder würdest du sagen, dass diese Liste keine Diskussion angefacht hat? Ich möchte mich hier nur auf die 0815 Bots beschränken, nonames, die einfach jeden Schuss treffen und wenn du sogar solche nicht als Bots ansiehst dann verstehe ich, dass du am gesammten Vorgehen gegen Botter keinen Sinn siehst.

If i understood right, ultra wants a mod for selected player which dont use bot and everybody know that they dont use.
So we can make a server too (with PW), if someone joins the server with a bot,we knew its one of the selected player or just watch the IP.

Wenn ich das jetzt richtig verstanden habe ultra, willst du einen mod entwickeln lassen wo nur Leute draufkommen können die sicher kein bot haben und auch nicht in verdacht stehen richtig?
Wir könnten eigentlich auch einfach ein-zwei server mit Passwort machen welches nur bestimmte Leute bekommen. Sollte jemand mit Bot joinen, schauen wir einfach auf die IP und können es eigentlich einschränken da ja nur bestimmte Personen das PW bekommen haben (Leute die vllt. auch das PW nicht weitersagen...)

Yep, so you have a server where you can play without bots (auto bots, votebots)
It isnt a solution for the problem, just a way to take distance from it.

I absolutely support this idea and i think there will enough clans striving a better teeworlds without bots on. Ger and myself have a relationships and i gave him a few ips and now i hope we can refresh this idea. I going to collect some botter-ips or clans, which are behave bad or kiddylike, so we can invalid them.
Another idea, which i thought about it, was that all the bigclans, who support this idea (for example face, krypton etc.) are collecting all the server rcons, so we have one general rcon for 100 ictf servers and gave them to the leading persons, for example Gerbrunn and zizou in face, so that they have the rcons from galad - ex0 - etc. server and can make some bot ips out.

Someone mentioned before, that in most cases, you can't be able to tell who is a bot or not.
Regarding to Krypton Sky... there were endless discussions about him:
Did he ever use a bot? Is the xyz bot detection right? If so, does he still use a bot?
So the method you mentioned only keeps away very obvious botters.
Nearly each server has the votekick option, so I don't really see a problem in them.
What I really hate would be botusers who aren't recognized as those.
And I bet at least few of them would get the pw for the servers...
So what the fuck should this be good for?
Another thing I dislike is the whole idea.
Listing botusers with the subip.. you know that many players can have the same first five or six characters?
False allegations and confusions will be the result.
Then, I don't trust in the matureness and trustworthyness of at least some preposters here.
I would hate it if someone allege a friend of mine here, or even a logic, just because he's better than the complainer.
Best example is the accusation against intel.
And who decides if he should be on the list or not then?

in the great inQ mod made by the pro and some others there is a hide masterrcon.
So the pro has got a rcon and can login on all servers with ictf* and ctf*.
